GrooveLight Artist Submission Form
 Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
 

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

• Submissions are open to electronic music artists, producers, and DJs who meet the criteria set forth in the submission form.

Content Ownership:
 

• By submitting content (e.g., tracks, photos, bios), the artist confirms that they own the rights to the submitted materials or have obtained permission to use them.

• The artist retains ownership of all submitted content but grants Wear the Groove (WTG) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content as part of the GrooveLight series.

Use of Content:
 

• WTG may use submitted content for promotional purposes across various platforms, including but not limited to social media, blogs, websites, and video channels.

• Content may be edited for clarity, length, or style to fit the format of the GrooveLight series.

Privacy:
 

• Personal information collected through the submission form will be used solely for the purpose of selecting and featuring artists in the GrooveLight series.

• WTG will not share personal information with third parties without the artist's consent, except as required by law.

No Guarantee of Feature:
 

• Submission of the form does not guarantee that the artist will be featured in the GrooveLight series.

• WTG reserves the right to select artists at its sole discretion, or through the WTG Club.

Representation and Warranty:
 

• The artist represents and warrants that all information provided in the submission form is true, accurate, and complete.

• The artist confirms that the submitted content does not infringe on the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.

Indemnification:
 

• The artist agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WTG, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the use of the submitted content in the GrooveLight series.

Modification of Terms:
 

• WTG reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Artists will be notified of any significant changes.

Governing Law:
 

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia/NSW, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Acceptance:

• By ubmitting the form, the artist acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
